SA: Rann shrugs off personal jibes in Liberal election ads

ADELAIDE, Jan 21 AAP - South Australian Labor leader Mike Rann shrugged off personaljibes from a Liberal government which today pledged to get tough on criminals.
As campaigning continued for the state's February 9 election, Mr Rann scoffed at Liberalelection advertising which described him as a remnant from Labor's darkest era in thestate.
The Liberal Party yesterday released television ads in the lead-up to the state electionwhich compared Mr Rann to SA Premier Rob Kerin.
