CANBERRA, Jan 1 AAP - A remote Pacific island was devastated by Cyclone Zoe and gravefears were held for many of its 2,000 residents, an eyewitness said today.
Independent New Zealand photographer Geoff Mackley, who was on the first plane to flyover the tiny island of Tikopia in the Solomon Islands, said it would have faced the fullforce of the cyclone which hit last Saturday.
