Vic: Control order has compounded Thomas' mental state: family
The family of JACK THOMAS says the federal government has compounded his fragile mental
state by placing tough restrictions on his movements.
His brother LES says he's concerned about JACK's mental health after a court decision
slapping him with a control order.
He says JACK has had depressive anxiety ever since his time in Pakistan .. which has
been compounded by being held in custody and at different stages during his case.
Under the interim order granted to federal police by the Federal Magistrates Court
.. Mr THOMAS must report to Victoria Police three times a week and is confined to his
house between midnight and 5am.
